Glowing weapons

Thats too much glow. Needs to be subtle so its not that big of an eyesore.

Is that the beginning of a PUG weapon skill or a shop? lol

I would think it's the casting animation for conjurer spells. There used to be a glitch where if a spell didn't go off, your "spell hand" would stay glowing for a while, until you performed another action or cast another spell, I can't remember. It was a cool glitch and lots of people took pictures when it happened.

My question is, is that how dodoskin harnesses really look on female humes? Looks different...
