    Move tooltip?

    I mean the UI is great, for the most part, but whoever decided that a completely non-transparent tooltip that hovered DIRECTLY next to where the mouse is,is just retarded...When I'm clicking on an ability (not everything can be hotkeyed) I can't see any other abilities around it. Is there a way to move this like we can move most other UI items?

    you can change it..character config...ui settings under help beside postion mark it fixed position it will make it show up to the side... turn it off or any combination you wish ......hope it helps
