    Wrong Service Account issue

    I didn't want to necro-bump the old thread of this but I wanted to see if anyone had gotten this resolved for them. I've submitted 5 tickets since launch, gotten nothing but a canned response of "blah blah 48 hours blah blah". I've tried phone support and got nothing but busy signals. I've tried chat support only to be told it WASN'T NA support even though everyone posting the link in that thread said it was (and yes I put my ticket number where I was told to get it to work). I am at my wit's end now and seriously considering requesting a refund over this issue. I understand the whole thing started from user error, but the site was very poorly designed and seemed like it was intentionally confusing. Now that that's out, has anyone found a reliable way to contact Square in NORTH AMERICA so I might have a glimmer of hope to get this resolved? Oh, and I also haven't gotten a new product code via email like they said they gave everyone (nice job SE).

    I believe I have read that some people had this issue resolved when they finally got on the phone or in the chat room with SE.

    Also, check your spam folder. It's where my "after early access" codes were.

    Thanks for the advice Atrolia. I've double-checked my spam folder every time I check my gmail, no dice it seems. My biggest frustration I guess is that it has been nigh-impossible to reach anyone at SE.

    I filled out the form and a ticket and have only gotten the bot reply about submitting a ticket.

    I am pretty much giving up on my 1st service account. I like the game enough that I might just risk buying another copy to hopefully merge the accounts correctly this time.

    I am actually surprised SE has not fixed all the accounts by now.

    Mine was fixed after 9 days of waiting (1st contact 27th Aug - Fixed 6th Sept or so)
    I would imagine the SE Live Chat and/or Phone support is now somewhat calmer than it was during the height of this issue, so may be worth giving them a shot again.

    Right click, and Copy Link Location, then paste into your browser bar.
    Replace the TICKET wording with the ticket number. For NA ensure the link ends with either 5/1 or 5/5. Any links ending 5/2, 5/3 or 5/4 go through to EU support.

    And somewhere in the old necro thread are phone numbers, and links to the ticket to fill in.
