There's no reason to have multiple accounts for anything other than more storage space or seeing the story from a different starting city.

...or if you wanted to make a female miqo'te character and exploit all the horny teens for everything they're worth.

Or if you dual/multi-box. Aside from those, using more than 1 character is a bad idea.
