NPC name: All npc's with voice acting.
Monster name: Any monster that has a voice.
Class/level: 50-1
Part or solo: Solo
In- time: All day every day.
Area and coordinates: every area world wide.

Voice acting only comes up in important cut scenes. Being this is a game that supports several languages already. Making every cut scene fully voiced would take far too long, making additional content impossible to complete in a reasonable time.

Look at star wars. They put in voice acting everywhere and blew tons of money and that game is shit compared to ff14.

I don't want every cut scene voiced, I like reading. I just havnt got any voice acting at all. >.<;

About the overall presence of voice-acting- I would love if Square went back over it when things calmed down and progressively added voice with regular patches. It just adds so much to the immersion factor, even if the voice acting isn't top-notch. I'm sure everyone can agree that adding voice would all around improve the game, and could only detract if the acting was really just that bad.
