There were several people, like myself and my free company, that did do speed runs and helped players new to the instance learn it as well. It doesn't matter if there are speed runs or not, people will still be jerks regardless. Now, instead of leaving because you don't know the instance, jerks will leave because you don't have the gear. Or you don't have some skill. Or you're not the job they want. Or anything they want. Maybe they just don't like the cut of your jib. It won't stop them from being jerks, but make it take longer to do the same repetitive dungeons. Hur.... ray?
