How can I get my pre-order code?

Did you buy it from a store or was it a digital edition? Former case you should have received a piece of paper with the code when you pre-ordered, later case you should get an email with the code.

I ordered collecter edition. They sent me the game by parcel. But I didn't find any extra paper except game box.
