Add elemental resistances of the appropiate element of the node to the list. They sometimes trigger the +1 Yield too.Strength, Perception, and Gathering are the 3 I've found for mining w/ a pick. Replace strength with Mind for quarrying. Perception > X = 5% increase in HQ Gain, while Gathering > X = 10% increase in gathering rate. Strength and Mind both correspond to extra gather chances.
Also interesting to note that in any given spot, the same node will have the same bonus when it respawns (So an extra gathering attempt node will still be extra gathering attempt after you deplete it). I imagine, given that the nodes are usually grouped in groups of 4, and there are 4 of the Stone Whisperer (Dunno what it is for Botany) traits, each of the nodes will have a special bonus given to it.
