NA Servers Not found....here we go again

Since the patch / maintenance apparently my character no longer exists, nor does any of the na servers. For the love of Christ can we please get this crap fixed, it's been weeks now.

It's not "still", xxxxxxx, it's a new maintenance period because they found a critical bug. I was on for an hour before it started disconnecting me. Luckily I finished my trial right as it started kicking people and started the long ride toward queue's and eventual death of the servers.

I know it is frustrating but everyone rushes to post the OMG you suxz post with out checking news first....would save a ton of cost in blood pressure meds ..

I feel for Square Enix at this point. They are screamed at for not fixing stuff, and they are screamed at for taking the game down to fix stuff. Can't win either way.

Yeah, I really feel for the company that introduces realm killing bugs during a patch. They exhibited stellar QA throughout phase 4 to launch. Do you really think these posts are harming SE in any way? Do you think their developers are suffering emotional damage from a few posts on the forums. Forums in which they are avoiding like the plague right now?

Seriously? The MMO market really must have lowered peoples expectation for quality products.

Working for a financial institution I can tell you that these type of self inflicted bugs have real consequences in the real world and would not be tolerated. People get shit canned all the time for this type of thing.

This is a pay service with unscheduled downtime. These type of things shouldn't be happening with the regularity introduced in its first two weeks or so of existence.
