looking for tips on levelling a 2nd class.

so, i got a white mage to lvl 40+ and have since decided i'd like to try scholar, problem is, my arcanist is lvl 15 or so and i'm wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to quickly and effectively grind out 15 lvls to unlock the scholar job.

I am having the same difficulty. Here is what I have been doing:

• Travel to the other City-states and look for quests (minor XP via exploration)
• Levemetes and Guildmetes (good XP, some gil)
• Kill above-level monsters (modest XP)
• Hunting Log (good XP)
• Dungeons (good XP, iffy gear drops, poor gil)
• FATEs (good XP, some gil)

When I get tired of grinding as DoW/DoM I become a DoL and grind that for awhile. When I get tired of gathering materials I switch over to DoH and grind there for a while.

Notice a common theme? lol Grinding is the name of the game....

Always eat food. It adds 3% or more EXP on everything. It's not much but it helps.

Personally, Dungeons are a good place to get EXP and Gears. Set your Duty Finder on and do some hunting log/leves while you wait (Pretty sure you'll be waiting a lot since ACN is a DPS Class. Tough slot competition lol).

And just like what Anders said, don't super focus on that ACN. Do some other DoL/DoH to relieve boredom. Who knows? You might discover something even better on how to get levels... ^_^
