I beg to differ in these "No more log in problems". This might be applicable to your respective servers. As far as I am concerned, our group experiences log in problems on the JP Worlds. (Yes, sucks to be us.) I also agree that this feature won't cause a big impact when all those magic tools are around to keep you "active" in-game as you do something else...

Gilgamesh, Hyperion, Leviathan, Diablos and Excalibur are among the most populated for NA/EU. I have characters on 3 of the 5 I listed and have zero issues logging on every no matter what time I try to log in. Log in issues are gone.

Perhaps they could have a way for the auto-kick to trigger even with Macros running so that spmbots keep getting logged out

Many people simply AFK in their Inn rooms anyway so that doesn't bother me much or at least not much more if someone in a public space was AFK-in for only 29 minutes

I saw it ALL THE TIME, people just standing there not responding in town, I'm sure many did do it in an inn but just as many if not more DID NOT. All the excuses in the world don't change it, a city crowded with unresponsive players is bad for the game, point blank period. Having a second monitor or playing netflix while afk does not make you an active player, at best your the standing still guy that MIGHT occasionally notice something in the chat box, thats not the same as an actual person playing the game and moving about the city like a living human being! I swear some of you guys use the most piss poor excuses

If you don't count the Macro as activity, then yes, they do tend to be idle.
