Name change request after Maint?

So i just tried to log back in after the maintenance however its telling me that i need to change my name in order to login to the server? anyone is having this problem?

Oh lord. Looks like SE done fudged something up with the re-name option for affected Legacy players.

Here's a question, say 2 people in separate servers have the same name, SE allows people to transfer servers and one of those people joins the server with somebody who has that same name, what happens?

Then the person who joins the new server should have to change their name. It's been like that in every game where there's been world transfers.

I requested that I change my name on account of the rocky start leaving me with my old character name but all fixed now ^^

You might consider posting in the technical forum in the meantime, if you have not. Maybe search for similar problems and hold a discussion with/ upvote the original poster.
