Looking to make a list of multi turn in crafting Leves

I have yet to come across a list of all the leves that let you turn them in 3 times per allowance, if anybody who has maxed a craft could be so kind as to look for each of the different 3 for 1 leves and post them here to make a compilation that would be much appreciated. Ill do it for leather working as soon as i can get back in to game.

edit: well suppose ill add leather working when i wake up instead, didnt realize the emergency maint was going to be 2 hours.

Alc: Ul'dah lvl 20, something about medicine, ask you to turn in 5 potions of intelligence
Alc: Quarrymill lvl 25, don't remember name, ask you to turn in 5 hi-potions

i think the op is refering to a leve that lets you turn in your items multiple times (for multiple rewards), as opposed to requiring you turn in multiple items (for a single reward). if that's what they're requesting, then i'd like to know as well. i have seen it mentioned on other forums that these occur in the mid 30's levels.

That's what I put. If you trade in the first 5 items, they ask you to trade in again, then again. Someone started this in Discipline of Hand Forums. Here s the link.
Triple-Turn-in-Leves

I know for Fishing, some of these Triple Turn In leves start at Lv 5 with harbor herrings. Pretty easy way to level up fishing early on.
