    Specific changes to Keep

    So I just finished a keep run, here are the changes I noticed:

    1.Almost all the mobs run a lot faster.
    2.Gate on first boss requiring you to kill last group to open
    3.More trash and pats, especially in the spots where people traditionally were safe before
    4.Coffers dropped 2 lots of 7 allegan pieces, each worth 100
    5.I pugged it, but got lucky with two pretty well geared dps, and I myself am an almost full darklight tank. It took us around 45min to clear with all the trash. There is a pack here and there that you might be able to skip, but you have to clear most of it.

    All in all, glad I got my darklight already.

    you also need to clear almost every enemy in between first and second boss. we were able to leave one dullahan alive and have the door open.
    edit: and to add something else, Sleep is now quite random as it doesnt work on all mobs.

    This really only hurts the non-speedrunners (like me) and fresh 50's in the end. Anyone who was seriously speedrunning already has their full Darklight set. Had AK been properly made like some of the mid-level dungeons most would have been contempt with not doing speedruns to have fun. Now it's just "New week, need to clear Amdapor 8 times to cap... oh god the boredom". It wouldn't be so bad now if its tome handout was increased somewhat but, right now, Castrum is the best for tomes as it's as easy as Satasha. Less or equal amount of time to clear with 20 more philosophy tomes.

    tl;dr AK isn't fun (too much trash, Demon Wall is the only fun boss), not enough payout for the time it takes

    I'm not looking forward to doing this dungeon what so ever, I'de rather run some of the medium dungeons for fun because these high level dungeons are just a mess but I expected that with LITTLE BETA TESTING.

    They need to up the tome drops for primals. Ifrit should drop 20/10. At least then it wouldn't be a complete waste of time farming it for a weapon if you still need one. Garuda should be 30/15. Titan 40/20. It's not much but at least it's better than the way it is now, which is relic quest being easier to get a weapon than farming a primal for a drop.

    Anti speed run was poorly done. They should have required the trash to open the door but REDUCED the amount of trash. Then at least the runs don't take as long although still being insanely boring. 5 packs per boss would have been fine instead of 7 > 9 > 8 or w/e it is now.

    That wouldn't work cause with a good group you could easaly farm Ifrit and Garuda quickly meaning you have an easy time to cap the tomes.
    They should make it so that you can't get more tomes if you cleared it more then 3 times each day, that would avoid the whole doing all day the same instance, in general i think the problem is that they only added 1 dungeon lvl 50 which everyone need to run to get their gear updated. I mean why couldn't they add like 3 dungeons where each dungeon drop different gear so everyone has to do the 3 dungeons. Add a daily dungeon with double tome bonus and everyone will do pretty much each dungeon daily, problems solved.

    Then you'll need to log in every day and do the run 3x or you're missing out. Weekly is better. Ifrit/Garuda would not be "too easy" because you need 8 people to do it. Ifrit can be done 10-12 minutes easy, 20/10. AK can be done in 45 easy for 80/40.So 4 ifrit runs will get you basically what an AK run will get you if you're running it quick. Garuda is not a 10-12 minute fight and requires more time/skill/dps/etc to defeat, so yes it should reward more.

    I don't mind clearing trash but reduce the number, it's fairly mindnumbing after a while.

    Agreed, a grind was turned into a mind numbingly boring grind. Just the kind of game I was looking for.

    Seriously, if you want to end speed runs, that's fine and honestly it's something I'd prefer. However, this was hamfisted and poorly thought out. If you are just going to incorporate gated grinds in the game, drop the sub, add a cash shop and make it a F2P - because that's exactly where the current iteration of the system belongs.
