Remove auto-logout feature

Everyone wanted it.

not everyone wanted the afk timer only the ppl that cryed for it wanted it, most of us wanted it to be an option on the system menu. its stupid to have afk timer if you gonna expand the Data centers. All the ppl that cryed for it better stay when sub starts.
The only reason thoes ppl cryed for it was because they couldnt just wait a few days for a Data centers to be expanded.

I tested it. But with my finger, not with a machine.
It only worked half. The moment the 1017 error was past, my finger started to kick me out of the queue everytime.

Better yet use you mouse keyboard or auto hot key to do something every 20 minutes automatically when you afk so you dont get kicked.

This is ok as long as its temporary.

2 weeks from now when everything is sorted out and 50% of the players move on @ charging day, it better be removed.
