[Suggestion] Add guildleve counter/NPC to camps

That's the problem, if you look at any other MMO out there camps are used to provide content in the form of quests hubs.

I feel that FFXIV would benefit from this also, not only for just guildleves but possibly the issuing of sidequests as well.

It's only partly about convenience, its also about getting players out of the city and populating the world of Erozea, not just at the major camps like Broken Water but some of the lesser used ones as well.

It would also facilitate making small parties for leve linking and general socialising amongst players.
