min max theory, they didnt want one charachter to be the best at everything. You want to be the best at everything. People are mad because they cant be the best at everything, and they are mad because the system doesnt let them be as much better than others than they want to be with all those stat points.
No, the system lets us be the best we can be. The problem that we are annoyed with, is that in order to do so I need to wait anywhere from 10-30 hours in between class changes.min max theory, they didnt want one charachter to be the best at everything. that time wait is so that you dont go from being the best glad to the best thaum instantly, they may give up on that concept, but really its not so bad, people say they want to be unique, but ehhhh i doubt itNo, the system lets us be the best we can be. There isn't any good reason why I should have to wait. There are many good reasons why I shouldn't have to wait.
The idea was that you as Rentahamster have a certain abilities that you have trained over time, if you want to change your whole life, you can, but it will take some time. Your not meant to go from the super leet RentaGlad to super Leet RentaConjurer instantly, Like oh we got this dungeon, you go as a lancer but when we get to the boss you switch to a conjurer. You can do it, but your not better than a person who has dedicated his life to conjury. The advantage the middle guy has is that he can actually do this type of thing.
Like i said, it may dissappear but it was a completely logical move, that is quite often found in games weather it be race selection, specialization, or a merit point like system.
What makes you think that this is intended by design, and not just bad gamplay implementation by the developers? What evidence is there that the developers intentionally want to make my ability to play both mage and melee and crafter and food eater so hard? The idea was that you as Rentahamster have a certain abilities that you have trained over time, if you want to change your whole life, you can, but it will take some time.
