    You'll find this problem magically disappears if you quit trying to treat classes in this game like you do classes in traditional RPGs. They're guidelines, not jobs. The system was never designed with the intention of you being an optimally allocated conjurer, then an optimally allocated gladiator, etc.

    Love the system.

    When I am on my mele, if crap hits the fan, I can backup heal for a long time because I have a ton of MND.

    Without the current system, no way I could do that.

    And thats just one example.

    I like casting fire on my melee class, beats spaming 1 like most ppl. :P

    I like the point system but maybe they should decrease the points you get but increase the affect each point has.
    That and decrease the time to re-allocate your points. 1 hour is a bit much for a system that lets you change jobs on the fly and a game that encourages you to rank up different and maybe all of the jobs.

    Most of the people who took the players poll want to remove the stat allotment. It's retarded as hell. A taru should never have as many HP as a galka, end of story.

    Rest assured though, removing stat allotment has nothing to do with the HP of the Lalafell compared to the Roegadyn and most likely will not affect it.

    they arent gonna add race differences, and yeah the system makes sense, the thing is you get diminishing returns at the top, so if you go with a spread out stats with just like a couple biases, then you can respect to pretty good dmg every hour, also using the traits.

    I like knowing that my race is pretty much just for looks that way I dont min/max. I dont want to play a weird little puppy just because it would be a better choice for the class I'd like to play.

    Pretty sure there have been a few threads showing the stats basically do nothing at all besides the obvious hp and mp increase. All the dmg output is almost entirely rank based. So it basically doesn't matter at the moment.

    I like the idea of how you can customize your characters stats but hate how it would effects the opposite disciple. This doesn't work for a system you can change your disciple any time. It would be better to have customizable sets for each disciple. So you would have unique DoW,DoL,DoH and DoM stats.

    I also want race uniqueness as well.
