I submitted two, no response until three weeks later. The response was, "the tickets are old, we're over loaded, trash".
I submitted another, received an email next day, saying "check your spam mail, did you register it to the right service". I replied, no response.
I get an email again, saying my ticket will be looked at in 48 hours. Curious as to how it was another ticket when I replied to an email, I finally figured out how to see prior tickets.

The email of 48 hours, was to my original ticket from three weeks ago. They closed my third ticket (no resolution, they just chose to close it).

Still no CE items. I was 1.0, I was Beta since phase 2, I did digital pre-access CE, played and after launch, got my "codes" from digital river. Invalid as well.

Same boat as you. no resolution. perhaps if we spam the tickets... I have posted to forum as well. I have a phone number that another player gave me (one I trust btw), to reach SE support. It's at home ofcourse, and I'm at work. So tomorrow, I'm bringing it with me to work, and will call. If it works, I'll let you know.

And I'm doing same thing. Written ticket numbers, etc.
