Housing Blacklists

I've talked to several different FCs who have closed their house down to the general community because of harassment from a single player. It seems a bit extreme that this is the only way to avoid that happening, so I was thinking that maybe a housing blacklist might be wise? You couldn't bar someone from your yard, but you could prevent a player who is harassing your members from entering the FC house itself.

You can report a player or group of players for their behavior, but that could take quite some time before the GMs have the opportunity to get to it. Instead of people having to shut down their house to the public completely while they wait, it seems much more simple to just blacklist the harasser.

tldr; Housing blacklists to prevent individual players from entering a house should be at least considered.
