    Any ability you cast will automatically always work on your currently selected target if you do not use it on another target first. I have one for a mouse-over target, and if I'm not mousing over an enemy it automatically casts on my current target; yours will be very similar, but you will need to replace the "/target <mo>" with the appropriate command for a focus target:

    /target <mo>
    /ac "Sleep" <t>
    /mk bind1

    Another post I've seen suggests that <f> indicates a focus target, which would make sense, so your version of my macro above would look like:

    /target <f>
    /ac "Sleep" <t>
    /mk bind1

    I cannot test it to confirm, as I am away from home at the moment, so reply here if it works as expected.
