30, 60, and 90 day rewards

Does anyone know if you can still get the 30, 60, and 90 days awards if you pay per month individually using the Entry level subscription fee (ie, every 30 days) instead of paying for the 60 day plan, or the 90 day Standard plans?

S-E has already said that when you pay for your first 30 days and it's activated on your account (i.e. after any free time you have has been used up), you'll get the 30 day reward. Once you pay for another 30 days (60 total), you'll get the 60 day reward, and the same is true when you pay for your next 30 days (90 days total). Even if you have a gap (sub for 30 days, let your sub lapse for a week, then sub for another 30 days), you'll still get the rewards based on your total paid game time over all.
