    Your face when you realize Amdapor Keep is the only endgame content available before getting into Coil. No, I do not count hardmode primals as endgame content because you do them only once because of story and you need to clear them before you can get to Coil.

    Of course this is the case. Coil isn't even the next step after AK either. Crystal Tower is, but it was delayed. It will fill the gear gap between Coil and AK (unless they change this later).

    Honestly, I would count Primals because for one thing. They're not easy. I doubt you'll pass them on the first try. Maybe Ifrit or if you have a team to carry you.

    But if you just reached end game. The best weapon you received is the unfinished relic weapon and level 50 Grand Company weapon. So you might have to grind Ifrit/Garuda just to get a better weapon or do Wanderer's Palace which also provide Philosophy/Darklight weapon.

    Another thing is the Relic Quest. You have to fight Chimeara and Hydra, then Ifrit/Garuda/Titan HM.

    Plus you can also spam Castrum/Prae for Philosophy which I did for a while until I can do AK. This is just the beginning though, eventually SE will add more of course.

    end game can mean alot of things for people crafting , gathering, raids, pvp these can be considerd end game and sadly my end game wont come untill 2.1 and thats pvp.

Not asking for "carebear" questing where everyone gets a medal for failing, just wondering if there's going to be a main track for major plot events and a side track for fancy gear/hard battles/super tough dungeons, etc.
    Hard to say right now but who knows what the devs are going to do if they can make content for casuals like myself and for hardcore players that allow each to progress through the game, new stories etc and not forcing one or the other would be great it. I want to give them time to figure out but i also would like them to clarify this.

    What I'm wondering about most is where do people who aren't interested in/don't have the time for grindy "endgame" style content go from here?
