    I think its 10, 20 , 30% dmg increase.

    That actually brings up a question. What does the damage boost from astral fire do? Does it increase flat potency or does it take your 150 potency and add a certain amount of damage? Or is there even a difference there? I suppose that depends on the spell damage formula.
