after reading many threads of crafters telling battlers they rushed, do something they don't enjoy to do what they do, that fates give broken exp,and that they are broke for whatever reason i suggest removing the bonus to exp and gil for turning in HQ items on levees.
at lvl 15 a crafter can, after repairs and mat cost make a net profit of 99 gil, and 22916 exp per turn in (includes exp from hq combines). you can get the same results turning in that same levee at lvl 20. with it so easy to not only sustain gear but also make a profit, i feel crafters have little way to understand battlers complaints of long term sustainability doing what they like

so SE, in the name of community unity and understanding please remove this bonus so we can all share the same problems.
