PSA to all the angry people for maint in THEIR prime time.

You do realise that they have to take all the servers down at once especially with a system that allows ANY service account to create a character on ANY server be it JP, NA or EU tagged otherwise you're going to get the servers which aren't having their maintenance be bombarded by spiteful little babies swarming the other servers that are online just to get their fix and to crash the server others call home.

You may not be accustomed to server maintenance in your down time but take a leaf from those who don't whinge on the forums about it and go do something else for a day!

I live in Australia and I'm used to maint during MY prime time whenever I play an MMO so here I'll give you a couple of examples of what people can do when maintenance is during prime time
    ~Read a book.
    ~Watch TV.
~Go out for dinner with family/partners/friends.
~Go see a movie at the local cinemas with family/partners/friends.
~Play other video games be it on a console or online.
~Go out to the local bar and get hammered (If you're of legal drinking age in your country or if you're one of those tricky people with a fake ID).
~Spend time with your family and friends.
~Have an earlier night so you're well rested for the following day.
~Make it a study night (for people who attend high school or university).
~Exercise (gyms are open at night till around 9/10pm some even longer).

Now remember! Life is there to live even if the graphics are a little bad compared to FFXIV....
