    Not understanding guildleves

    I have done my guildleves available to me up to rank 20 in ul'dah. Since i'm not rank 20, I'm rank 14 decided togo from ul'dah to Limsa Lominsa and start doing guildleves from there. My problem is i have 8 greyed out leves from ul'dah that i cannot exchange. If anyone knows how to fix this problem or let me know what i'm doing wrong i would greatly appreciate it.

    Also attempt to link your leves with other players who have the same one. It will drastically increase the rewards from it in sp and chest items. Lower ranks are typically done solo but if you shout etc you can find people usually willing in the 20 s
