Party Management (inviting people to parties, removing, leaving)

I am a seasoned gamer, been playing MMO's hardcore for years, and your game's interface (specifically party commands) is among the most difficult to figure out.

First of all, lets say I am trying to add members to my party, I am the leader. A party member tells me someone's name (who hasnt messaged me) telling me to invite. Having to player search and so on, opening new windows and whatnot. It's a pain. Furthermore, Your whole party interface needs work. I want to leave my party..... Why is the ONLY way to do this in the social interface?

Suggestions:

I right click a name in the party list that shows the health bars---- Here I should be able to do ANYTHING with these names---- whether it be examine, boot from party, leave party (if clicked on myself) or disband the party.

How about some type commands that are common sense and easy to figure out as well?
/disband party
/leave party
