Omega Weapon and Nero

So do you think there is a possibility of seeing Omega Weapon when we see Nero again once they begin to continue the storyline?

We currently learn Nero has a obssession with Magitek early in the game and later we learn his reason why he has a obssession in The Praetorium.

For spoiler reason I will not say anything more past the lvl 15 quest when we first see Nero.

Nero escapes and lives to fight us again another time but don't forget he is also a Magitek genius like Cid so it is possible for him to create Omega Weapon

I suppose that could be feasible, even though they(unless im wrong) found the ultima weapon under a city or something. He could have studied it down and could make Omega from the knowledge gained there. Might be cool! Speculation is fun
