    If the issue persists you may need to Uninstall and then Reinstall.

    Why simply not fix the first post to have the correct link included in the first place ...

    Anyway - the obvoius one - have you tried to restart the PC or check if multiply instances of the launcher are not present in the Task Manager? Have you enough free hard drive space?

    If you're still having this issue, make sure you grant it access either by accepting the UAC, run as admin, or disabling your UAC
