    Question for other version 1.0 non-legacy players...

    I originally purchased the CE for version 1.0, but cancelled my sub shortly before the legacy period so didnt get legacy status. I still use the same security token from the original CE. I still receive my onion helm in game mail on any new character i create. I still have my onion gaskins on my v1.0 transferred character.

    Given all that, my account has incorrectly been listed as standard, and thus, i have not received my CE items for ARR. I have submitted 2 support tickets now and have yet to even received an acknowledgement that they have received my ticket. Does/Has anyone else have/had the same issue im dealing with, and if so how was it resolved and how long did it take? Just trying to figure out if im stuck out on a limb here or if it happened to other people and i just havent seen anyone else mention it. Hopefully i will hear from them soon.

    Contacting customer support is your best bet, you may also have multiple service accounts by accident? (perhaps) double check!

    Ive already submitted 2 tickets through customer support and havent even received a response email that it is being looked at, although im hopeful that they will eventually address me. Also, im 100% certain that i only have 1 service account, and its the same one ive been using since the beta for v1.0. Thanks for trying to be helpful though....i was really just hoping to hear that im not alone in this boat, because i havent seen anyone else in the same situation as me, and it would be nice to find out that it will be resolved in a positive manner.

    I have received nothing since the 6th(automated response.) I submitted the following ticket earlier tonight...am i being unreasonable to actually expect a response?

    I sent in a ticket on Sept. 6th, 2013, and received a response email that i would be contacted within 48 hours. It has now been FIVE DAYS! this is the THIRD ticket i have submitted, and the first two were quite obviously deleted without even being investigated. This is getting to the point of being absolutely disrespectful to someone who has paid and supported your game throughout its history. WHY would you treat your customers with such blatent disregard? I have tried to remain polite every time i have contacted your support, but it has gotten to the point where i am genuinely upset at how i have been treated. PLEASE, all I want is some actual support, of which i should be fully entitled to as a paying customer. I look forward to hearing from someone other than an automated response in the near future. Thank you!
