Hunting Logs in Restricted/Instanced Areas

Story requirements inherently are fine, but the rank 4 targets on the Isle of Umbra seemed a little too soon. I was using my rank 4 log to get high enough in level to get to the isle, but I found myself locked out of one of the earlier hunting log targets. That said, it didn't hurt anything. I had to grind out an extra FATE, no big deal--it just struck me as out of order. I'm fairly sure they're not the only ones like this. I'd prefer them to all be in the open, free world.

I'm also a little uncomfortable with the GC requirements inside dungeons, but I guess since they're for seals and promotions, they're acceptable. What needs to happen here is better labeling--a new player would have no idea that Halitali is a dungeon, since it's technically "optional" and even the quest to unlock it is hidden.

You're mistaken about ACN having any target in Qarn. The only logs that do are the Grand Company ones.

Fixed, and thanks. I had them confused, I blew through them all on ACN without really differentiating.

So that's why I can't find my Maelstrom targets in Halatali, it's dungeon, and not required. Bah! unacceptable!
