    Problems Login Pls Assist

    Dear SE,

    Regarding the password security, i found difficulty in access the game from cyber cafe and my home, my connection have dynamic IP address which make me banned each time i login into my other account from home and cyber cafe.

    When i'm trying to purchase the Security Token... but hey i can't find my home country anywhere??? Well i assume that SE don't count Indonesia as a country.

    I guess i'm forced to quit the game by SE although i'm very enjoying playing this game. Great job?!

    i would not post your user id anywhere. people could spam login with wrong password and block your account temporarily. You should write a email and tell your problem to the support team.

    You should delete your user id from here just like randis said someone could go on putting the wrong password all day and you never going to play. If you have a good friend outside your area that could buy it for you then ship it and you pay for it then that best way.

    If not then just reset your password each time you want to log in i guess they wont change that problem anytime soon so sorry can't help you there.

    Please remember that for security reasons, you must never publish your account information including your user name. I edited this out for you and moved your thread to the Support forums. However, the best way for you to get assistance with this is to contact the Support Center. Please visit http://support.na.square-enix.com/index.php and choose FINAL FANTASY XIV for some more troubleshooting help and advice. I hope that you will be able to resolve this soon!

    Well thx a lot guys for the advice but i already disappointed with stupid SE policy. So i really dont care anymore about my account go ahead suspend it or whatever

    I just want to remind something that what make online games different than console games it's the interaction with other ppl but hey SE want us become "hikikomori"? Don't they ever think that the new account system gives hard times to player who want to play at public places like cyber cafe or hotspot? changing password before we want to play at public places itself endanger our email which contains a lots of private data. Do SE want responsible with that?

    It's not only hard to get, i have one since i've play FFXIV with collector edition pack which i bought it by go travel to USA directly hoping i'll get some when FFXIV initial launching so i can play the game earlier (in fact yes i've got 4 of them to play with my friends) but i never can use them anymore.

    Why? They make the design so you could put in your key chain, and yes i put it altogether with my car key and house key, but several weeks later i found the display broken, i ask my other friends the same question and they mostly same answers the materials for the security token is not better than junk.

    Now SE want us to buy the expensive junk which is nowhere to get it at my country. we don't mind buying the expensive junk but make it easier to get so we can get replace quick when its broken.


    If they are more smarter, they won't make policy like this. Instead they will ask player optionally wheter they want to get the extra protection or not from their own account settings. don't forced stupid account policy like this.
