If you kill the Adjudicator in Sunken Temple of Qarn just as the Mythril Verge completes the cast to surround itself with a barrier, you are then stuck behind a non-existent barrier and must use the Leave option in the Duty Finder.

Real fun if all 4 players get stuck as no one can loot the chest.
