I recommend you buy it. As long as you know in advance that it's an unfinished product in heavy development, I think you'll have a good time. I know I am. Go buy the game, and enjoy it. Besides, now is a good time to try out different characters if you are of those who care about the looks/name/race etc. It's free at the moment, but once they start charging again, it will cost extra for each character you have.
