I would like to see /random back and "cast lots" on loot.

If you can think of something that isn't being used already in this game please post. It can only help the game get better.

Being able to see party member's TP would be nice, even if it was just a number rather than a gauge. "Communication is better", someone will respond, but it takes unnecessary time and effort (especially with a cross-regional party who may not all speak the same language) and is difficult to do when using something besides a keyboard for control. That's just a pet peeve I've had since FFXI.

To add to your lot idea, some kind of Need before Greed system to keep people who are just being greedy from ninja-ing loot from people who can really use it.
