So last week I tried all three methods to contact Square Enix Customer Service. Spent a total of 5 hours waiting with no results (live chat told me no agents available after 3 hour wait, phone disconnected while waiting).

So I emailed Square Enix again after they closed my ticket since it was about to expire. I opened a new ticket with Square Enix, dont know if its worse that it has been six days since the ticket was opened with no response or that they tell me that they closed my ticket..

Current count: 10 days since last login..

I just want to play the game Square Enix, but both your technical issues and extremely poor customer service is discouraging me more and more...
