Stop taking the game offline for patches during PEAK hours. Why not from 2AM to 8AM or something not 5PM + that's just retarded. I don't know any other game that takes the game offline during PRIME TIME when everyone wants to play.

I totally agree I bet if they do a census the NA is there primary account holder but that doesnt seem to matter to them!
It's always prime time somewhere.![]()
It's a Japanese based game..... There's such thing as TIME ZONES :O OMG.
There is a time zone area problem were everyone can agree upon. I suggest doing a 2 time zone update to make everyone happy, JP can do theirs during there non busy time while we EN people can play and then we do our update during our non busy time while there able to play. This way it can make everyone happy and no interference with busy times.
.... to better explain myself..... Japan upgrades there servers while we play on ours and then during our non busy time we upgrade ours while they are able to play. Makes them happy and makes use happy im sure????
What do yall think???
or maybe they should just do maintenance like in between both time zones so we both get some time to play.![]()
Seriously, this update is morning for them when most people are at work or school but it goes down in the late afternoon early evening here in the states, just when everyone is getting on to play. I got on and got a whole 15 minutes to play before the servers dropped, what bullsh*t is that!
I agree with the OP. even the shittiest mmo companies know to have separate maintenance windows if the game is international. Get it together SE
In my opinion it is better now than this weekend when more people will be playing.
Game went offline at 2 am my time and will be offline untill about 11 am.. wich basicaly is perfect in EU .. so what are you complaining about...
