First off let me just say I'm all for the fix for speed running. That being said, here are a couple of suggestions (some were mentioned before, some maybe not, but im gonna try to get them all in this single thread)
1. Take some of the lower level dungeons and make them into hard modes. Not having to see the same dungeon over and over would be a huge plus and would satisfy the player base more then you may think.
2. Have trash mobs drops gil, as well as a chance to drop BoE/BoP blue rarity gear. (either ilvl70 like darklight, maybe ilvl65 or even ilvl75, depending). This will provide huge incentive to kill trash mobs.
3. Offer an alternative to gearing then just farming Darklight gear. By making other dungeons hard mode, and making trash drop gear, you can fill the void between Wanderer's Palace/AK drops, darklight gear, and AF2 gear. For example, make a hardmode Cutter's Cry, and have it drop ilvl65 gear. Then make a hardmode 10k maws, make it drop ilvl75 gear, etc. Doing this wont by any means make darklight gear not viable, it will still be extremely viable, just it will provide a different means for gearing. (some people arent lucky with drops, etc). Right now there is a huge empty void between darklight ilvl70 and AF2 ilvl90.
4. If you dont want to make previous dungeons into hard modes (which i think would be a wonderful idea), create new dungeons (this is much harder and take much more time)
5. Add hardmodes to castrium and PT, have it drop gear and myth tomes.
Theres definitly other things that would improve endgame, lets keep this thread constructive and hopefully people can offer other interesting suggestions.
If certain fixes would be implemented, people wouldnt feel the need to feel its NESSACARY to exploit in order to have fun/progress. Although I can understand why people are angry (killing trash with no incentive is boring)
Keep in mind SE actually reads and considers suggestion threads that become huge and are constructive.
