This solved my lag issue!!!

So like so many of you I've had the rubber band problem, things not loading. I can move in the world and see other players do things, npc's and mobs not loading in till after 1-5 mins.
Tried several vpn's and pingzipper, and it didn't work.
Turns out it was as simple as opening the right ports.

For those of you who knows what to do..
(Edit: Opening port 443 can be unsecure, so I closed that one again and it's still working for me).

Start port: 443
End port: 443
--------------
Start port: 54992
End port: 55551

wow i absorbed so mucch info on port forwarding
server are down right now but when they are up. i will tell you if have any aoe problems

That's a huge port range to be opening.

Whoa... 443 is the port used for secured HTTP (a la https). It is a really bad idea to blindly port forward this... Just saying...

Your concerns are in the right place. I am opening these ports for my PS3 and PS3 -only-. Should be more than safe, I can't lose much, even if it's a scam. One-time password and all.

If it doesn't work, I'll close the ports back up and report here again.

Confirmed. Opening these ports did NOT I repeat, did NOT fix my pop-in issue. I strongly advise against doing this due to the security risks.

Okey thank's for letting me know, will close the 443 and see if it still works with the other open.

The new patch seems to have fixed my network issue, cannot completely confirm as maybe the server have login restriction and they are not at full capacity but lets cross our fingers :L
