Some help with Gear?

@Daniel_Hiroshi I have no idea how to find quest or side quest it does not say anywere were the quest are, I can only see some Question marks on the map om limsa but again I am pretty sure fishing wont give me any gear, will it ?

As said above the marks show a side quest. Some side quests will give you gear, some give you monetary rewards. Just have a look around and see what people are offering. Good luck!
