Buff Cancel Macro

Does anyone know if there is a macro command to cancel a specific buff? I'm looking to try something out, but I would need the macro to cancel a buff for me at the end. Any suggestions?

I'd also love to know if this is possible. Despite my diligence, I often fail click off regen when I pull mobs. A couple of times, a healer even recast it after I clicked it off insisting that I "needed to be trained how to pull multiple mobs while regen is running" (I know I was most likely being trolled, but I wanted to finish the runs for the sake of my friends).

I Twould be really nice to have a way to add this to my buff/mark/pull macro.
