    That's what I saw as well:

    Card name: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
    Monitor Name: Generic PnP Monitor
    Driver Name:
    Driver File Version: ()

    Seems like you're missing the drivers for your video card. Try downloading the drivers you're missing on your machine. You can find the list of available drivers on MSI's support page:

    In my previous post, I meant ActiveX. I apologize. Was multi tasking work with typing a response. Haha

    This is exactly what I thought. This seems like the most likely solution. It seems the graphics driver is either not installed, or it isn't installed properly, meaning windows is defaulting to a generic Microsoft driver.
