4 Souls Looking for a Linkshell

We recently started playing a week or so ago. I currently have a 33 Scholar,32 Paladin and will play as a main which ever is needed most in the link shell. Also bringing 3 friends a 36 black mage , 30 Bard, 33 Dragoon. We are currently looking for a link shell that is setting to raid between the hours of 8pm-midnight est anything around those times would be awesome.

Our attitudes are very laid back but we are hard pressed in things like pvp and raiding. We don't use any type of racial comments on vent nor are we jerks or elitist we do curse a little in vent .

We are very loyal and would like a guild that is active leveling and are making plans to push into endgame. Also looking for a link shell that has some type of structure with officers,raid leaders and so on.

We understand wipes,learning fights and love to challenge ourselves. But we are not the type to fuss moan or cry because of hard fights.
