Remove Garuda+ Duty Finder requirement from story quest

This game has a disproportionate number of horrible players. I've gone through 5 groups where people are still being hit my the cone you LoS behind rocks after 20 attempts. There's no cure for that level of bad, please don't make me associate with these horrible players that have wasted hours of my time. This fight is so mind-numbingly simple, but there are a greater number of simple players who can't comprehend these banal mechanics. Fix it please.

Use the tank's Limit Break during the middle phase and try to hide behind the rocks anyway. That Limit Break is a life savior if some of your party members are experiencing lag issues. Even if they got hit, it will mitigate most of the damage and you won't wipe. From there, it's a cake walk.

I noticed when I did garuda it was easy because all you get at the time were hardcore people and not casuals. As time goes on more casual people need it, and dilute the amount of "skill" found in duty finder. This also applies to 50 instances. In other words, the people who rushed to 50 are on average*, actually better at avoiding/listening/figuring out mechanics than people who don't.

Its not too hard as long as you know the fights and move when you are supposed to, etc.
