Ouch. So just that skill or spell speed in general? I could have sworn in some post i read that spell speed does reduce GCD. You guys make it hard to want to roll a scholar.

there are 2 spells one for spell speed and one for skill speed... havent tried skill speed since its for melee classes but it cant be much different in value then fey glow
