I know this is an old thread but it happened to me as well. I had an email and did not know what the survey was about so it caused the same concern as the OP. I did raise something in game using the menus. Nobody could tell me if it was related, so I looked at the email again and scrutinized it enough to see part of the URL contained a ticket id that matched the id in the case from the in game support desk tools. I thought it was worth mentioning just in case it prevents any fellow erozeans any undue stress or anxiety.
