    Final Sting is a ranged attack so kiting wont do you much good and it's going to one-shot pretty much anyone besides the tank. If the bees are getting around to casting Final Sting in the first place it means your dps isn't killing them fast enough. If your damage dealers are even halfway decent it takes all of a few seconds for each one to kill a bee on their own.

    it one shots tank too. in both runs I've done for qarn the first bee always has managed to kill me (i already got the gld drop on it so i'm unwilling to do more runs).

    though it might be because i usually am not at full health because i just aggro-ed the entire group....
