Hi there firstly i really like the game and enjoy it, but i have noticed that i have issues with FPS on my ps3, i can attack and talk to npc`s all fine , no issues there, but when im moving about in the world, it seems the environment moves at slower frames than my character , and i was wondering if this is a game issue or internet or if its even a ps3 issue? id apreciate it if anyone could help me on this as this is kind of annoying thanks.
