I just wish they thought about the practical application of consumables like these. 15s is just too short of a time for anything especially when coupled with such long cooldowns.
Although, I too like that the HQ potions have a slightly reduced cd.

Another issue that I run into w/ some of these potions is the very limited space w/ my cross bar. It makes it difficult to have different sorts of potions even if they could be useful.
